At HealthSense our top priority has always been our valued customers. We very well know your HealthSense product is a part and parcel of your everyday life, which is why we are determined in building products of superior quality and reliability.

HealthSense warrants that the products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. There is no warranty for accessories provided with the main unit.

The HealthSense customer service team reserves the right to make final decisions for all warranty claims and replacement or same color preference. The company may replace the product with an equivalent new or refurbished product preferably with same color depending upon stock availability


HealthSense Warranty Guidelines :

  • The HealthSense warranty is only applicable to the first purchaser of the HealthSense products and is non- transferable.
  • The warranty services are limited to repair or replacement of the product depending upon the product category and is at the sole discretion of HealthSense.
  • Warranty services of HealthSense can only be availed by presenting a valid proof of purchase by the customers.
  • You can register a warranty service request at HERE Our customer service team will contact you and attempt to troubleshoot the issue.
  • HealthSense warranty applies only for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions as mentioned in the manual and the purpose for which the product was designed.
  • HealthSense warranty coverage shall only be limited to provide repairs and solutions of the fault reported. In case a replacement is provided, it will be fulfilled with an equivalent performance device only, with or without packaging & accessories.
  • HealthSense shall not cover any claim or compensation for inconvenience, loss of time, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, any personal and/or commercial loss, compensation for mental agony, anxiety, etc.
  • HealthSense will make every effort to carry out repair/replace at the earliest to its customers, in cases of delays due to uncontrollable scenarios, we are under no obligation to do so in a specified period of time.

HealthSense Warranty is not applicable for the following instances:

  • If the HealthSense product is not used/handled as per the manual comes with the product at the time of purchase.
  • If the HealthSense products presented for warranty support are more than the warranty timespan mentioned above from the date of purchase mentioned in the proof of purchase. For certain product categories, support services shall be provided on chargeable basis as out-of-warranty cases
  • If there are any damage to the product due to customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, product attacked or damaged by house pests, pets, rodents, accidental or incidental damage, liquid spillage of any kind on the device, device subjected to extreme temperatures, atmospheric conditions, water logging in the product, non-specified charger usage, any kind of breaking or cutting of wires, improper or reckless use and defects developed by due to causes beyond control like lightning, abnormal voltage or acts of God.
  • Any issues related look and feel, colour, intentional physical damage, low sound quality due to the accumulation of dust and dirt, deterioration of the aesthetic components due to regular wear & tear and usage.
  • Any issues related to the corrosion/rusting/leakage for the external components.
  • HealthSense products purchased from unauthorised sales channels and unauthorised sellers.
